Some observations and thoughts about the 2024 election:
Fourteen million my ass…
What happened to Joe Biden’s 81 million votes?
In 2020, Biden received 81 million votes to Trump’s 74 million. In 2024, Trump won in excess of 72 million votes to Harris’ 67 million. So, Biden received 14 million more votes in 2020 than Harris in 2024. Trump won 2 million more votes in 2020 than in 2024. Total votes cast in 2020 were about 155 million. Total votes in 2024 was 139 million.
Sixteen million more votes were cast in 2020 versus 2024.
Yes, it was during the era of Covidiocy where people were locked up with nothing to do other than vote, but by 16 million people? That does not even come close to passing the smell test. Fourteen million Democrat votes evaporated in four years. The hype surrounding this election almost demanded that more people would have voted in this election rather than fewer, unless those 14 million Biden voters stayed home.
Or, did the directed confusion of Covidiocy from the Left allow for mail-in ballot stuffing and other shenanigans? This is where the assertion of the most “free and fair election of all time” in 2020 falls apart.
Just my theory: In 2020, there were 16 million ballots pushed into the various counties in swing states throughout the U.S., some with Trump votes to make it seem somewhat inconspicuous.
The wheels are coming off of the Democrat propaganda wagon…
With Trump’s victory, will the media now portray more than half of all Americans as racist, Nazis scum or will they realize that Americans no longer believe their lies?
The usual suspects are already blaming black racist and misogynistic men, Hispanic racist and misogynistic men, white women who no doubt succumbed to the toxic masculinity of their husbands, and Nazis MAGA scum. No lessons were learned by the narcissistic creeps from the likes of MSNBC and CNN.
The shills for the Left were already mortally wounded by lack of audience and subscribers. Will the corporate owners of these propaganda mouthpieces decide that making money is better than dumping millions down blackholes? Jeff Bezos may have received the memo with his refusal to allow The Washington Post—that fine piece of journalistic crap—to endorse Harris. He lost a lot of fine propaganda scribes in protest and that, in and of itself, should bring the quality of the paper up to so-so. Bezos is known for not communicating with the public but he “Xed” (formerly known as tweeted) congratulations to Trump.
Supposedly, CBS’ new owners aren’t liking the cheerleading from the newsroom and plan on “revamping” their news division.
Neutrality in the media is paramount to a thriving democracy. We have not had that in several decades (if ever). Until they mend their ways, a national boycott of the corporate propaganda media should take place. No Republican should sit down for interviews, no one with an ounce of patriotism should buy their newspapers or watch their wretched slop. It is time for the legacy media to adapt or die.
Here comes the resistance…
Over one hundred progressive groups met Thursday the 7th to begin planning the resistance to the second Trump administration. Groups like Move On, the ACLU, Working Families Party, and Public Citizen supposedly met to discuss what a post-Biden world will look like.
“I think the first priority is going to be holding space for our community and making sure that people understand that this is a devastating development [Trump’s election]. But it is a blow to democracy. It is not the end of democracy,” says Leah Greenberg, cofounder and co-executive director (with husband Ezra Levin) of Indivisible, which emerged in 2017 to invigorate political organizing on the left.
It was a devastating development for progressives. Good.
Becoming unburdened by one billion dollars…
Too many hired Hollywood creeps were paid too much money to spend a couple of hours of their time saying how wonderful Kamala was. All to no avail. Beyonce was reportedly paid three million for her twelve-minute speech in Houston. She didn’t even hum a song.
“Kamala Harris's campaign ended with at least $20 million in debt, per two sources familiar. Harris raised over $1 billion and had $118 million in the bank as of Oct. 16,” says Christopher Cadelago of Politico
Goose stepping all the way…
Where is the underground railroad? If Hitler is coming to power, how are all of the elite celebrities and politicians going to be saved from Trump’s concentration camps? Shouldn’t they be trying to find secret routes out of the U.S.? Maybe they can use the cartels, as they have proven adept at border crossings. They could probably enjoy a nice fentanyl cocktail before they climb Trump’s vanity wall.
The ghost of P’Nut lives!
Just before Harris was about to take the podium for her concession speech, a rouge squirrel scurried across the stage. People heard a squeaky voice echo, “Screw you, fascist pigs!” as he disappeared beneath a row of American flags. Hopefully there is a forever supply of nuts in Heaven. P’Nut may have helped turn out a million or so votes. The bushy-tailed rodent may have saved America. Thank you, P’Nut, for your sacrifice!
I took one for the team…
The last time Texas A&M won a National Championship was 1939.
I am the least superstitious person in the world—except for college football. Over the years, I have tried differing combinations of clothing, meal choices, and even chairs while watching the game (there have been other things that I can’t share). I have entered games with high hopes or pessimistic outlooks.
Some of these superstitions have worked for at least a couple of games in a row. The last few weeks I wore the same tee-shirt and it worked wonders. However, by halftime of the LSU game, I had to retreat to my bedroom to change shirts and it worked! We absolutely stomped LSU in the second half. With the win, we were undefeated in the SEC and things were looking good. But from the beginning of the season, the one game I feared was South Carolina.
It didn’t matter what I wore, or ate, or what my attitude was; we were absolutely embarrassed. That one hurt. Really, really hurt. I took it as a sign of more bad things to come as three days after the slaughter, the election happened. The devastation, I feared, was God’s way of preparing me for another crushing defeat. At halftime, my wife asked me whether I would be willing to take a loss on the football field for a Trump victory. I thought long and hard but relented: yes, I was willing to take a loss if it meant salvation for the country.
So, America, you’re welcome.
There is a silver lining in all of this: I pray to God every year to let me live long enough for a Texas Aggie National Championship. I’m staying six feet above ground for at least one more year.
